- How much does the tour cost?

The tour fee is $500~ per group and must be paid in advance at the time of booking. If you would like us to arrange Shinkansen tickets, a private van, or other experiences, the actual costs will be charged separately.
- How long is a typical custom tour?

The duration is up to you. Most guests go for around 6 hours, but we can arrange anything between 4 to 8 hours. For tours longer than 8 hours, we may suggest splitting it into two separate days.
- Can I customize everything about the tour?

Absolutely! Share your preferences — whether it’s food, culture, history, shopping, or nightlife and we’ll design a personalized experience just for you.
- Do you offer hotel pick-up?

We can meet at your hotel or a convenient location in Tokyo, Kanagawa, or Saitama — whichever is easiest for you.
- Do you offer tours by car?

Yes, we offer car-based tours. In addition to walking and public transportation, private vehicles such as cars or vans can be arranged depending on the itinerary and your needs.
- Do you offer tours to Mt. Fuji?

Yes, we offer tours to Mt. Fuji. Our services are not limited to Tokyo, Kanagawa, and Saitama, and we can arrange itineraries that include the Mt. Fuji area upon request.
- Can you accommodate vegetarian or halal dietary needs?

Yes, we can arrange vegetarian and halal-friendly food options upon request. Please let us know your dietary preferences in advance so we can prepare accordingly.

Tour Fee:
The price is $500 USD per〜 Group.
Payment Method:
Payment is required in advance at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and online payment methods.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancel 3 days (72 hours) or more before the tour: Full refund
- Cancel within 72 hours of the tour: 50% cancellation fee
- No-shows are non-refundable
