Payment method and timing
- Method: credit card, paid in advance.
- Timing: payment is settled once your tour is confirmed.
Cancellation and refunds If you cancel for your own reasons, the following charges apply, counted from the first day of the tour.
- Up to 31 days before: no cancellation charge, less any costs already incurred on your behalf, such as planning fees.
- 30 to 3 days before: 20% of the tour price.
- 2 days to 1 day before: 50% of the tour price.
- On the day, or if you do not arrive and have not told us: 100% of the tour price.
If we cancel the tour, we return everything you have paid.
