You may be eligible for a full refund depending on the type of tour and the timing of your cancellation.
For group tours, a full refund is available if you cancel more than one day in advance (Japan time).
For custom tours, a full refund is available if you cancel at least 72 hours before the tour.Please refer to the cancellation policy on the product page for specific details. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us.
If you are not satisfied with our tour after participation, we will provide a full refund.(within 3 days after the tour)
